Hollow Fiber Membrane Cartridges

A new series of hollow fiber membrane cartridges from A/G Technology are designed for large production scale ultrafiltration and microfiltration applications. Containing up to 300 square feet of membrane area in a single, compact module, the 6-inch diameter cartridges are well suited to a wide range of bio-pharmaceutical, water purification, food and beverage, and environmental contamination applications.

The cartridges are available in two path lengths and in a selection of ultrafiltration nominal molecular weight cutoffs and microfiltration pore sixes, as well as membrane lumen diameters. The product is capable of withstanding up to 50 psig transmembrane pressure.

The modules are provided with a choice of stainless steel or PVC Housings, to provide strength and durability in handling and operation. Each housing type is equipped with 2-inch tri-clamp endfittings and 1.5-inch tri-clamp permeate ports. O-ring seals at each cartridge end provide secure connection of the cartridge within the housing.
