Headworks, a provider of advanced wastewater treatment processes and equipment for municipal and industrial facilities globally, is pleased to announce the launch of 'Headworks International Inc.' as the parent company of wholly-owned subsidiaries Headworks BIO™ Inc. and Headworks Inc. This reflects the Company's global nature and the potential for expansion to incorporate new business streams.

Following the reorganization, Headworks BIO Inc. and Headworks Inc. will continue to perform the Company's operational functions, which consist of the design and manufacture of:

High efficiency Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and Integrated Fixed-film Activated Sludge (IFAS) biological treatment solutions; and

A wide range of reliable self-cleaning screens and debris handling equipment.
