Los Angeles – The Board of Directors of aquaTECTURE is pleased to announce that Guy W. Carpenter has been named Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations, effective June 1, 2016. Carpenter will lead the strategic growth of all of aquaTECTURE’s business units, as well as business operations and execution of strategic initiatives. Carpenter is a seasoned water executive with more than 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, with a broad range of expertise that includes water resources, wastewater, and recycled water consulting and master planning, regulatory issues, policy development and executive management.

The privately-held company is involved in a variety of development, design/build and own and operate projects in the commercial, industrial, urban, public and municipal sectors. Carpenter comes to aquaTECTURE from Carollo Engineers, the country’s largest engineering firm dedicated solely to water. His experience includes operations, capital project budgeting and management, decision support, management consulting, system evaluations, water resource development support, water rights negotiations and valuations, water resource accounting and management, and permitting. He also currently serves as President of the WateReuse Association and is an elected board member of the Central Arizona Project, which delivers Colorado River water to the three-county area in Arizona where 85% of the state's population resides.
