UHPLC is a growing technique in pharmaceuticals, quality control, organic synthesis, environmental testing, genomics, and proteomics. It runs up to five times faster than traditional HPLC and uses less solvent while still detecting, identifying, and quantifying analytes across complex matrices. Those gains depend on clean eluents, since trace impurities can mask peaks and erode the method’s advantage.
