Gear-Driven Mixers

Neptune Mixer Company offers a range of gear-driven portable mixers that provide dependable performance in a wide variety of mixing/blending applications from wastewater treatment to batch chemical preparation to mixing of paints, varnishes, polymers, etc. There are no clutches to slip, wear or need replacement, and the angle of entry can be adjusted to meet particular mixing requirements.

Series JG mixers feature heavy helical gears for performance to 350 rpm, and can be clamp or cup plate mounted. The grease-filled gearbox eliminates the necessity of oil seal and the danger of oil contamination of the process. 316 SS propellers and shafts are standard and all shaft bearings are permanently lubricated.

Series JGF mixers provide a flange-mounted option, while Series JGR are angle-riser mount mixers that provide a fixed 10° angle of entry. Neptune portable mixers are available with several types of motors ranging in power from ¼ hp through 5 hp.
