Garney Appoints New VP Of Financial Planning, Analysis, And Treasury
Anastasia Austin brings decades of financial expertise and leadership to firm
Kansas City, MO — Garney, a national leader in water and wastewater infrastructure contracting, has named Anastasia Austin its Vice President of Financial Planning, Analysis, and Treasury. Bringing more than two decades of progressive leadership experience in finance, Austin will continue growing Garney’s core functions in forecasting, corporate budgeting, and cash flow planning, reporting directly to Garney’s CFO.
Austin has overseen finance and revenue management functions for multi-billion-dollar business segments — including the key leadership role she played in the $31B Canadian Pacific-Kansas City Southern merger — and boasts a robust background in capital strategy, financial operation planning, and M&A. The insight she’ll provide will help Garney’s executive leadership evaluate opportunities, risks, investment opportunities, and growth/scaling strategies.
