Algae Sweep Automation™ is a unique system of spring-loaded brushes that attach to the skimmer arm of circular clarifiers or thickeners. The patented ASA system has over 50 points of flexibility and adjustment to ensure the thorough cleaning of all weir, baffle, channel and spillway surfaces; no matter how irregular those surfaces may be. The ASA pays for itself in less than two years while optimizing clarifier performance and making WWTP's safer work places.

Each ASA system is custom designed and manufactured for an individual clarifier. Algae and debris control applications include primary clarifiers, secondary clarifiers and thickeners, whether they are domed, covered or open to the elements. The stainless steel construction makes the ASA highly durable and maintenance free. The ASA system is backed by a five year parts warranty, except for brushes, and a one year labor warranty.
