RateMod Pro and XP are rate-setting, impact fee and financial planning software for water and wastewater utilities. The software programs allow utility system managers to design cost-of service based user rates and capital recovery fees. The software customizes to reflect each utility's customer base, capital facilities and rate-design requirements.

In addition to developing user rates and fees, the software prepares a six-year budget, rate and financial forecast. It's "what-if" capability allow users to prepare sensitivity analysis and evaluate alternatives in a matter of seconds.
