AMIAD EBS AUTOMATIC SELF-CLEANING FILTERS
Amiad’s EBS line of automatic, self-cleaning screen filters delivers clean water with clean technology – fine filtration for large-scale projects.
The Amiad EBS is capable of filtration degrees down to 10 microns. With filtration area available up to 6,200 square inches, the largest EBS can handle flow rates of up to 23,350 gpm. Inlet size ranges from 8 to 24 inches and normal operating pressure across the EBS line ranges from 30 to 150 psi, but 225-psi models are available upon request.
The efficiency and effectiveness of Amiad EBS filters minimize the environmental footprint of the filtration process in a variety of ways:
- Up to 75 percent less back-flush water than sand media systems;
- Minimal energy demand;
- Low head loss;
- No chemicals;
- No consumables such as cartridges, bags or filter aids to dispose of;
- Compact size.
