The Ultromat AT Series is a continuous operation, dry polymer makedown system available in five sizes ranging in maximum polymer outputs from 106 to 2113 gph.
Unit components include a baffled, three-compartment preparation, aging and storage tank of welded propylene; dry feeder and hopper with feeder discharge heating and automatic afterrun preventer, driven by means of an adjustable speed motor; dispersing system for dispersing and wetting the powder, with wetting cone, eductor, flow meter and valve set for the dissolving water; two electric mixers; and a control panel for automatic control of the complete system.
