Dow Water Solutions' Technology Toolbox On Display At ECWATECH 2018

Dow Water Solutions, a global leader in sustainable separation and water purification technology, will be showcasing its latest technical developments at ECWATECH 2018, taking place at the Crocus Expo in Moscow this September.

ECWATECH is the leading exhibition for the water and wastewater industries in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region, with over 10,000 visitors attending the previous event in 2016. This year’s event takes place from September 25-27, and is expected to draw in a crowd.

The major water forum provides an ideal venue for Dow Water Solutions to present its innovative solutions, from ion exchange resins to reverse osmosis membranes, and from ultrafiltration membranes to electrodeionization techniques.

The show also offers a platform for delegates to discover Dow’s ground-breaking WAVE Design Software, which estimates performance of ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and ion exchange technologies in water treatment systems, either individually or in various multi-technology combinations. In addition, it offers an innovative approach to accurate water and wastewater treatment modeling that delivers superior time and efficiency savings.

Other key highlights on display from Dow will be:

  • DOW FILMTEC FORTILIFE Reverse Osmosis series, specifically designed to maximize industrial water recovery and minimize waste. The latest generation elements in the series offer reductions in differential pressure for more reliable performance, and help drive efficient performance from operating systems by reducing energy consumption and costs.
  • Solutions for Minimal Liquid Discharge (MLD), an innovative approach enabling recovery of up to 95 percent liquid discharge at a fraction of the costs of aiming for Zero Liquid Discharge. Dow Water Solutions is helping industrial users around the world install MLD treatment technologies that help meet major challenges in water recovery and waste treatment, enabling environmental and cost advantages.
  • Latest developments for AMBERLITE Ion Exchange Resins, including industry classics under new names and new breakthrough technologies for water treatment in industrial and power market segments.
  • DOW IntegraFlux Ultrafiltration technology, which sets the standard for reverse osmosis pretreatment, drinking water production and wastewater treatment applications.

Valeria Burlakova, market development manager for Eastern & Western Europe at Dow Water Solutions, will offer in-depth insight during the associated conference program with a presentation, titled “Integrated Solutions for Wastewater Treatment and Water Reuse.” This will be a great opportunity to discover the latest advances for applications including industrial and municipal water; industrial processes, pharmaceuticals, power, oil and gas; and residential water and waste reuse.
