ClickSoftware Announces New Solution For Water Utilities

Burlington, MA — ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd., the leading provider of workforce and service optimization solutions, has announced the availability of its ClickSoftware for Water Utilities solution, a packaged offering providing optimized mobile workforce management to the water utilities industry. The new offering is the first in a series of vertically-focused solutions ClickSoftware will be releasing in the coming months.

ClickSoftware for Water Utilities is a version of the company's popular ClickSchedule product, pre-configured to facilitate best practices for optimized resource scheduling in the water utilities industry. The solution enables automated optimization, minimizing the need for human intervention in the scheduling process, and supports street-level routing to minimize time and travel costs. And since the solution comes preconfigured, the time and cost risks generally associated with large-scale implementations of service optimization software are significantly minimized.
