Mastrrr Company Mastrrr eliminates the need for water supplies, booster pumps, ejectors, diffusers, and mechanical mixers. The submersible series 32 and 36, flanged line 32F, 33, and 35F are designed to vacuum induct and flash mix gas and/or liquid chemicals with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity.
The units incorporate a unique non-fouling designed vacuum cavity distributor made of an extremely abrasive and chemical resistant UHMW Polyethylene material called Tivar.
The multiple feed port design allows for gas, liquid, or a combination of both to be flash mixed from a single unit. Applications include water and wastewater disinfection with chemicals such as chlorine gas or sodium bisulfite solution. Water treatment applications are for vacuum feed ozone, anhydrous ammonia, chlorine or carbon dioxide gas, liquid feed of alum, polymer, hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, acids, and other chemicals.
Features of the Gas Mastrrr include chemical flash mixing, superior velocity gradient mixing intensity, safe vacuum feed operation, submersible and flanged inline designs, gas feed to 10,000 ppd per unit, and liquid feed to 150 gpm per unit.
