CentreFuse line

The CentreFuse line employs centerline butt fusion technology, supplying a symmetrical bead development around the entire circumference of the two pipe ends. This series of fusion machines covers all butt fusion needs, from 1/2" CTS through 42" DIPS.

CentreFuse MicroMax weighs only 3.5 pounds and fuses all brands of PE pipe from 1/2" CTS to 1" IPS. With inserts for each size of pipe and a single hand-operated facer, MicroMax handles all six pipe sizes within this range, including metric.

CentreFuse 14/110
Easy to operate, durable and light weight, the CentreFuse 14 accommodates 1" through 4" CTS, IPS and 25mm through 110mm sizes.

CentreFuse 28/200
The CentreFuse 28 fully accommodates 2" through 8" pipe sizes, IPS or DIPS, and 50mm through 200mm sizes. The unit is easily detached from the cart for in-the-ditch operations and its hydraulic facer motor can be used in hazardous areas.

CentreFuse 618/500 fuses 6" IPS through 18" DIPS and 160 mm through 500 mm polyethylene pipe for gas, water, waste-water, mining, paper and pulp, and high-tech applications. This powerful model is fully self-contained with a 20 horsepower gasoline engine driving the 5 kilowatt electrical generator and the 3,000 PSI hydraulic pump.

Completely hydraulic, the CentreFuse 1442 accommodates an impressive range of polyethylene pipe sizes of IPS, metric and DIPS. It accommodates 14" through 42" pipe for gas, water, mining, and high-tech applications.
