Berlie/Swiss Combi Municipal Sludge Drying Systems

The Swiss/Combi technology, drying system, marketed and manufactured by Berlie Technologies Inc. treats, sludge from municipal and industrial water purification systems. Thermal drying of sludge, ensures maximal volume reduction, and conversion to a stable granulated substance, which is pasteurized and homogenized. The granules can then be used in agriculture as fertilizer or fuel.

Berlie Technologies Inc. manufactures stationary units with a water evaporation capacity between 1,000 and 8,000 kg/h, and semi-mobile units between 500 and 1,000 kg/h. Residual solid contents reach between 92% and 95%.
