Autodesk Is Integrating VAPAR AI Image Analysis Into Info360 Asset With New Technology Preview

We are excited to announce that Autodesk is integrating VAPAR AI image analysis into Info360 Asset, offering our customers a powerful, automated solution for their inspection review process. With this integration, Info360 Asset users will be able to use VAPAR’s industry-trusted AI image analysis technology directly within their existing Info360 Asset workflow if they have a VAPAR subscription.

This integration opens new opportunities for utilities and contractors seeking a comprehensive solution to maximize the value of their inspection program and efficiently connect those programs to capital planning efforts.

Maximizing the value of inspection programs

With the integration of VAPAR technology, Info360 Asset becomes an all-encompassing tool that empowers users to optimize their inspection programs and enhance their overall efficiency.

Field crews can complete CCTV inspections and upload the footage to Info360 Asset from anywhere, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Once the footage is uploaded, VAPAR’s AI automatically reviews the inspection footage and codes it to identify and classify defects. This automation saves time and effort for engineering teams, allowing them to review the results more efficiently.

The defect scoring data obtained through VAPAR’s AI analysis is seamlessly transferred via the integration to Info360 Asset. This streamlines data management and review, enabling better risk modeling and renewal prioritization planning. By integrating VAPAR AI image analysis, Info360 Asset extends its value by incorporating innovative and time-saving technology into the inspection review process.

Join us on our journey of innovation

We are excited to bring this integration to our valued customers and look forward to the positive impact it will have on their inspection processes. For now, Autodesk and VAPAR are working hard on gaining insights from a technical preview program. Our goal is to continue adding value to the integration based on direct customer feedback and input.

We’ll publish future updates on the Info360 + VAPAR integration right here on the One Water Blog (subscribe at the bottom of the page or grab our RSS feed). As always, customers are encouraged to leave ideas for features they would like to see in Info360 Asset on the Autodesk Water feedback portal, and we encourage everyone to visit our regularly updated Water Solutions Roadmap, which details the latest high-level product plans.
