Auburn University Aerator Test Results

Source: DO2E

The DO2E Aerator differs from its competitors in several key areas. Our system is equipped with a patented mixing chamber and air manifold system that no other system has. The DO2E Aerator draws water from deep down, sending it through our patented air mixing chambers. As it passes through the mixing chambers, it is injected with oxygen and the effluent is then discharged into the surface column of water. This mixing allows for total destratification at any depth.

We use Regenerative Air Blowers as our source of air. Low pressure, high volume air flow is used to inject oxygen at 46” deep. The unique combination of air pressure at a prescribed depth and the water pressure forces an oxygen and water molecule to form a more cohesive bond, allowing for maximum O2 transfer with low Hp.
