Asahi/America's Introduces New Pro-Lock™ PVC Double Containment PVC/CVPC Piping System

New Pro-Lock™ from Asahi/America, Inc. is the ideal piping system for double contained Sodium Hypochlorite and Bleach systems. Pro-Lock compliments the entire line up of PP, HDPE, PVDF, and E-CTFE Dual contained piping options offered by Asahi/America, Inc. Now users can select the system, the material and the joining technique that matches their application requirements.

Asahi/America's Pro-Lock System consists of two separate pipes (carrier and containment) constructed of PVC and CPVC. At the heart of all Asahi/America systems is the patented Dogbone® fitting. This unique fitting locks the inner pipe to the outer pipe for proper stress control. The Dogbone allows for proper termination from double wall to single wall while maintaining system pressure rating. In addition the Dogbone helps control thermal expansion. For added security, the Pro-Lock System can be used in conjunction with a number of leak detection methods.

The Pro-Lock System is available in a variety of size ranges – from 1/2x 3 to 6 x 10. Available ratings include Schedule 40 x 40, 80 x 40 or 80 x 80 ratings
