Atlanta, GA (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Archer Western Construction, LLC and joint venture partner Brown and Caldwell were awarded the Progressive Design-Build project at Fulton County’s Big Creek Water Reclamation Facility in Roswell, Ga.
