Applied Cartridge Systems Featuring ATOMUS® Cartridges Now NSF 61 Certified

Applied Cartridge Systems, a commercial water treatment product line from Applied Process Equipment, Inc., is now fully NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 certified for potable water. Each cartridge system comes complete with 304 stainless steel housings, prefilters and cartridges, all NSF 61 certified together as a package.

With standard 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 GPM freestanding models and 50 and 100 GPM multi-vessel skids, Applied Cartridge Systems are ideal for small to medium size water system installations up to 500 GPM.

Applied Cartridge Systems are installed in water utilities, RV parks, hotels, casinos & resorts, military bases, aquaculture and food processing applications, manufacturing plants, subdivisions and multi-user wells of all sizes across North America. They are considered one of the most user-friendly commercial water treatment systems on the market today with:

  • No backwashing
  • No hazardous waste streams
  • No bulk media replacement (just periodic one-man cartridge exchange)
  • A choice of water treatment cartridges

Application standards and testing is important in evaluating and purchasing commercial water treatment equipment. Regulators and users alike look to NSF certifications for assurance of drinking water safety and quality. Currently there is a choice of two Arsenic treatment cartridges, including the recently introduced ATOMUS®F11 binary arsenic removal cartridge, designed specifically for use in Applied Cartridge Systems.
