Anox And Kaldnes Emerge As One Into The Marketplace

The name change will officially go into effect on June 3, 2004. "The name change is the final step to integrate both of the companies and present a united front to the marketplace," says Thomas Welander, Managing Director of Anox.

"Selection of a new name was initiated to create a singular brand name and identity for the company and its products," says Terje Andersen, Managing Director of Kaldnes Miljoteknologi AS. "AnoxKaldnes was the obvious choice because both of the brands importance in the wastewater treatment industry" continues Andersen.
