Announcing New SWAN Leaders
Welcoming two new Council Members
London — The Smart Water Networks Forum (SWAN) is pleased to welcome two seasoned executives as SWAN’s new Council Members: Jim Cooper, Global Director, Water Optimisation at Arcadis and Cecilia Correia, Water Strategist at Bentley Systems.
Jim Cooper is a Certified Project Manager, a Licensed Professional Engineer, a Certified Operator in water distribution systems, and an Envision Sustainability Professional. He leads diverse teams to deliver innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions in water system hydraulics, water quality, utility management, modeling, field testing, and system optimisation.

Cecilia Correia is a passionate advocate for sustainable water management; she has led digital twin and smart water initiatives globally and currently serves as Water Strategist at Bentley Systems. She actively contributes to various SWAN Working Groups and SWAN Alliances.
