AMS SafeGuard H2O Accepted On Water Research Foundation TechLink Platform

The Water Research Foundation

The AMS SafeGuard H2O in-situ stannous and tin dioxide generator has been accepted on the Water Research Foundation (WRF) TechLink platform. WRF developed the platform to accelerate the update and deployment of innovation into the water sector.

SafeGuard H2O is integrated with an online contaminant monitoring capability and designed to remove a range of contaminants — As, Cr(VI), Cu, Fe, H2S, Hg, Mn, Pb, and Se; and also acts as corrosion inhibitor for lead pipes and cooling systems.

The fully integrated, online SafeGuard H2O treatment approach eliminates the pitfalls of conventional systems and aids in the delivery of an affordable and reliable remediation process. There are no similar technologies to SafeGuard H2O that integrate a low lifetime cost contaminant treatment system with real-time performance controls. The scalability of the SafeGuard H2O technology, from large and small water or industrial wastewater systems, to commercial or residential point-of-use systems, provides a cost-effective method to achieve safe water free of toxic contaminants that protects the public and the environment.
