Richard and Lorrie Rennick founded ALD in 1974 in Palm Springs, CA. The early ALD focused on swimming pool, spa and slab leaks in the southern California area. ALD has since expanded into cold weather climates and international locations as additional technology has been developed. By the end of 1999, there were 156 team members operating in 303 offices in 38 states and 8 countries.
Since 1974, our research and development has produced a wealth of tools to solve every type of leak problem in residential, commercial, industrial and municipal settings. ALD team members receive extensive training in all aspects of the business during their 6 - 10 week training course, which consists of hands-on technical training, marketing and business operations.
