ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1006
ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1006 is a dry, synergistic blend of bacteria specifically designed to out-compete pathogenic Vibrio spp. for its food source, thereby protecting the aquatic inhabitants. This formula combines the microbes of ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1007 (the ability to degrade surfactants, fats, sugars, and general waste) with those of ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 7026 (the ability to eliminate the formation of hydrogen sulfide and hydrocarbons) to remove all important nutrients required by pathogenic Vibrio. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1006 also contains strains to enhance adaptation to cold water and will degrade nominal amounts of various other pollutants. This formula contains 6 gram positive strains and 11 gram negative strains of non-pathogenic, Class 1 bacteria.
