ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1005
ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1005 is a dry, synergistic blend of bacteria combining the sludge and water cleaning capabilities of ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1000 with the probiotic protection, cold-weather activity and ability to degrade nominal levels of pesticides and synthetic organic contaminants from ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1001. This blend has been particularly popular in aquaculture applications, where high density leads to stress and high nutrient levels, murky waters and proliferation of algae. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1005 is applicable in a wider temperature range than either of its components, used alone. If ammonia nitrogen is also high, ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1100 should be used in conjunction with ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1005. This formula contains a total of 7 spore-forming Bacillus strains and 6 gram-negative strains.
