Aeration To Oxidize Iron For Easy Removal
As the city of Yankton, South Dakota, grew, the demand for water increased as well. The city was also faced with ensuring their facility could seamlessly blend in with the park and surrounding downtown area where it was located.

The new facility would use reverse osmosis to achieve high-quality drinking water, but this required an aeration step, retention tank, and multimedia filtration. The facility wanted to install aeration equipment in a convenient location that wouldn't require any major changes to the aesthetics of their building. Fortunately, Mazzei was able to provide a solution for the facility that proved to be an ideal fit.
