Inversand USA Appoints Teknomark Aritim Sistemleri As A Distributor For GreensandPlus™ In Turkey

Clayton, NJ - The Inversand Company, a leader in filter media for water treatment since 1925, has appointed Teknomark Aritim Sistemleri AS as their distributor in Turkey.

Teknomark Aritim was established by Nema Holding, one of the largest suppliers of water treatment systems and components for residential/municipal/industrial use in Turkey, for the marketing and distribution of their water systems, waste water systems and related products. Through their dealer network, Teknomark Aritim Sistemleri AS distributes anionic and cationic resins, pressure filter tanks, filter control boxes, and chemicals. Other companies in the Nema Holding group include: (1) Nema Kimya AS, contractors and designers for water and waste water treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, dams, industrial plants and water supply plants; (2) Culligan TRC AS, located in the Middle East and Central Asia to handle municipal and industrial water treatment; and (3) Nema Makina, producer of a wide range of pressure tanks and vessels for customers in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

For more than half a century, Inversand's manganese greensand, which is made from a naturally occurring product at their New Jersey mine site, has been a key water filtration media for water utilities and other water users. However, in the past four years, with the development and introduction of Inversand's GreensandPlus media, customers have been increasingly making the switch to this more durable product, and the overall demand for manganese greensand has been on the decline.

Inversand's GreensandPlus is stocked in Brazil, Philadelphia, western Ohio and in various facilities worldwide. Shipments can be made in a matter of days. Truckload quantities can be shipped either from existing stock or, if time permits, drop-shipped directly from Brazil at a reduced freight cost.

GreensandPlus is available in 1 metric ton (2,205 lbs.) super sacks or ½-cubic-foot (44 lbs. or 20 kg) bags on pallets.
