Organised by the CIWEM Wastewater Management Panel and Aqua Enviro To commemorate the achievements of Ardern, Lockett and Fowler at Davyhulme, the CIWEM Wastewater Mangement Panel and Aqua Enviro are organising a Centenary event on the 2nd and 3rd April 2014. United Utilities are the Lead Sponsor for the event, and will be kindly hosting a site visit to Davyhulme. The conference will involve two days of invited speakers covering the past, present and future of activated sludge. There will feature a large trade exhibition as well as an historical exhibition tracing the history and development of the activated sludge process around the world.
