Tennessee Town Checks For Water Loss In More Than 8,000 Feet Of Pipe

Electro Scan Inc. and JC Hailey Engineering have been working collaboratively on sewer infiltration and NRW (Non-Revenue Water) issues in Tennessee since 2018. Over the past four years, numerous projects have been undertaken and none more important than the issues with water loss in Spencer, Tennessee.

The city of Spencer has been having water loss issues and has tried numerous inspection methods without success finding the sources for its NRW. The city has an extremely limited budget and needs cost-effective and reliable solutions to mitigate its NRW in order to conserve water and save taxpayer money.
