cMr. Jackson Jenkins of the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department leads the viewer through some of the measures his organization implemented based on EPA's "Key Features" program, including developing a security scorecard program and hiring a law enforcement official. He learned through real-world experience that increasing the security culture at a wastewater utility can lead to detecting suspicious activity and curbing vandalism. Mr. John Warner of Pima County is featured as well.
