Sauereisen SewerGard No. 210G - Glaze

Sauereisen SewerGard™ Glaze No. 210G is a chemically-resistant protective coating specifically formulated for municipal wastewater environments. SewerGard™ Glaze serves as a sealing topcoat over other Sauereisen protective linings and may be used as a barrier coating for steel substrates. Installation of SewerGard™ Glaze is easily completed using plural component, airless spray equipment or roller.

Sauereisen's SewerGard™ No. 210G, a workhorse coating for over 5 years, can now be applied via plural component equipment. No longer does 210G need to be mixed by hand and then applied by roller, brush or airless spray.

As a 100% solids epoxy polymer, SewerGard™ Glaze No. 210G is specified to protect infrastructure throughout the wastewater industry. Wherever corrosive conditions exist, No. 210G may be used as a stand-alone, economical coating or as an extra measure of protection over textured underlayments. Applications range from structural steel, rake arms, to open top clarifiers.

Characteristics

• Resistant to hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, MIC and treatment chemicals.
• Suitable as a 20-40 mil coating/top coat.
• Smooth surface aids wash-downs and prevents debris accumulation.
