RWL Water intends on solving the world’s water scarcity problem through strategic acquisitions and partnerships

RWL Water Group, the New York based global water solutions provider, recently announced that they have signed an agreement to acquire the key assets of Tipton Environmental International Inc. by Aeromix, Inc., one of the Group’s subsidiaries. The deal includes system designs, reference lists, existing customer base and the hiring of key employees into Aeromix.

"This addition brings us one step closer to becoming the leading packaged wastewater treatment plant provider in North America," says Ronald S. Lauder, Owner and Founder of RWL Water.

For the past 15 years, Tipton Environmental International Inc. has been designing and manufacturing activated sludge packaged wastewater treatment plants. They have over 1,000 wastewater installations and add a great depth of expertise and experience to Aeromix.

The purchase of the Tipton line gives RWL Water an improved competitive edge in both domestic and international markets and allows the Group to continue expanding their range of water and wastewater treatment solutions.

“We believe the entire RWL Water Group will benefit from this acquisition as we continue to grow as a diverse water solutions and services company,” says Andy Zaske, RWL Water Group VP of Global Sales and Marketing.

Over the next few months, Aeromix, Inc. will engage in the process of integrating new people and designs into the Group.

“It is our goal to continue providing the highest level of service during this time and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with our new customers,” says Peter Gross, President & CEO of Aeromix, Inc.
