Rotork Announces New Generation Iq3 Actuators
Rotork has introduced the third generation of its IQ range of intelligent, non-intrusive, heavy-duty electric valve actuators.
The new IQ3 actuators have many advanced features that provide enhanced operational, data logging, and asset management capabilities. Features include a new secure BluetoothTM hand-setting tool for convenient set-up, configuration, and commissioning as well as real-time data access; a large, wide-angle local display that provides user-friendly displays and real time asset management data; and several mechanical enhancements such as separately removable thrust bases across the entire range. This allows actuators to be safely removed from the valve without altering valve position.
Rotork IQ3 multi-turn actuators are designed for dependable operation even in the most rugged and challenging environments. They are suitable for virtually any type of valve either by direct attachment or in combination with secondary gearboxes.
