Experts to showcase industry-leading technology for biosolids management in Booth #501

NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, experts in solutions designed specifically for difficult pumping applications, announces that it will be highlighting its NEMO BO Progressing Cavity Pumps in Booth #501 at the Residuals and Biosolids 2016 Conference, to be held April3-6, 2016, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The NEMOBO pump is an ideal, compact solution for conveying crumbly substances such as thickened or concentrated sludge.

The NEMO BO Open Throat Progressing Cavity Pump is designed with a square or rectangular hopper, a coupling rod with a conveying screw, and a force-feed chamber, all of whichensureoptimal feed ofviscous and non-free flowing media with or without solids into the conveying elements. Its block construction and flanged drive make the pump particularly compact and economical, ideal for biosolids management applications.

The pump delivers continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance. Additionally, all designs of the NEMO Progressing Cavity Pump arecapable of metering nearly any substance in proportion to rotation speed.

The NEMO BO Open Throat Progressing Cavity Pumpis a variable modular pump system, with a range of rotor/stator geometries and materials available to ensure a design that ideally suits each application. The pump is capable of achieving flow rates up to 1000 GPM and pressures up to 180 PSI without valves, and is easily serviceable.
