The following is an excerpt from a Q&A with Water Online Radio. Click on the Radio Player above to hear the full interview.

Water Online Radio: Tell us all about Chemline Plastics Limited. Tell us about the organization and who you serve.

P.J. Miller: We've actually been the leader in our marketplace for about 40 years in Canada. We cover a variety of markets, handling corrosive chemicals and high purity fluids. Also, we offer a full thermoplastics package including valves, piping, flow meters and controls.  We offer such a speciality plastics range ranging from PVC to polypropylene, Halar, and PVDF.

Water Online Radio: Talk a little bit about what makes you guys different.

P.J. Miller:  What makes us different is we're a small niche company, so we handle a small segment of the market, and we handle it very, very well. It allows us to concentrate on solutions rather than trying to sell a bulk product, which, in my opinion, helps the whole industry.

Water Online Radio: There's a lot of conversation over the coming trends in the next several years. What are your observations? What do you see coming down the pike?

P.J. Miller: Safety and environmental issues are always going to be at the forefront.

We need to look at the quality of water: how we can produce it, how we can minimize the use of chemicals, and how we can use specific amounts of chemicals rather than overdosing and having it flushed into different systems.
