Guided Microwave Level Transmitter

The NWV-guided microwave level transmitter is designed to provide reliable level measurement in most environments including dirty, foaming and heavily coating liquids. The system measures microwave signals from the surface and converts them to proportional 4- to 20-mA output signals. The signal return offers a measurement resolution of ±0.032 in., even with heavy coating on the probe. This unit has microprocessor-based electronics that can be calibrated for any tank, and the 316 stainless steel probes have field adjustable lengths to 12 ft. The compact, heavy-duty industrial product is available in single-rigid, dual-rigid or flexible probe versions. Process connections are 0.75-in. NPT polypropylene with NEMA 4/1p66 enclosures standard.
