Miners have come to trust the compact, heavy-duty design of Flygt submersible mining pumps since they were introduced over thirty years ago. Flygt was the first to offer a practical, heavy-duty submersible pump approved for use in mines by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Mines, in May 1966.
At Flygt, we know from fifty years of experience what it takes to design and manufacture the finest, heavy-duty submersible equipment. From manufacturing of the motors to the casting and machining of the parts, only the best make it through our quality control checks. Sometimes you can't always see this quality… but if it's an Flygt submersible, you can always be sure it's there.
Flygt has recently introduced its latest generation of dewatering pumps. Designated the 2600 series, the new dewatering pump line includes six models – 2610, 2620, 2630, 2640, 2660, and 2670 – with output from 2 to 27 HP. The new series pumps come with discharges from 2" NPT through 6" NPT and provide hydraulic performance from 150 GPM to 1,400 GPM and heads from 40 to 230 ft.
