The new and innovative solids handling Flygt N Pump technology sets the standard for clog free operation while delivering sustained high efficiencies -- even in the toughest wastewater and sludge applications. Key to the N-Pump's design is the dynamic interaction of the extreme back-swept impeller vanes, and the stationary relief groove in the volute suction where the leading edge of each impeller vane is cleaned during pump rotation. Our N-Technology delivers trouble-free pump operation and is available in Flygt submersible pumps ranging in size from 3 to 500 horsepower. Please note that many older existing Flygt pumps can be upgraded with today's innovative N-Technology.
The Flygt N Pump's revolutionary, patented self-cleaning impeller design provides a flow path through the pump, greatly reducing the risk of clogging, and makes the N-Pump series an ideal solution for high-efficiency pumping over long duty periods. Our Flygt Submersible Propeller Pumps move large volumes of water within low to medium head applications. They are smaller than non-submersible offerings as the motor and hydraulics are integrated into one compact unit, resulting in smaller pumping stations that are less complex and thus more cost effective to build. Operating submerged they take up less space while noise and motor cooling problems are eliminated. With individual pump capacities from 4,000 to 120,000 GPM, Flygt brand Propeller Pumps have been used in a variety of applications such as: storm water, raw water, WWTP effluent, amusement park attractions, surf riders and flood control.
Flygt Pressure Sewer Systems (PSS) provide an efficient, cost effective method to sewer your residential land development projects. Flygt low pressure systems give contractors an all-in-one packaged approach to pressurized sewage system applications. The ensemble combines all the major benefits of Flygt Progressive Cavity Grinder pumps teamed with a heavy-duty fiberglass basin. The result is extraordinarily reliable pumping of residential wastewater in an energy efficient, cost effective manner.
The first Flygt Submersible Mixers were introduced in 1977. They have proven themselves in a multitude of varied applications over and over again. Flygt Submersible Mixers are an excellent choice for use in a variety of municipal or industrial applications.
Flygt Top-Entry Agitators are now available in a multitude of combinations for adapting to a wide range of application scenarios. Using a standardized range of components and materials, the modular design includes a series of impeller diameters, shaft lengths and rotational speeds, translating to a vast array of agitator performance characteristics.
Flygt Monitoring and Controls Systems combines the user friendly APP family of controllers with fully engineered electrical control panels that can integrate into your existing telemetry network or with the our AquaView SCADA System. Flygt pumps are available from ½ to 1000 Horsepower and with flow rates of up to 90,000 GPM.
