Airmaster Aerator, L.L.C. started in business in 1998. We have an administrative office in DeRidder, Louisiana and our manufacturing facility is located in Wisner, Louisiana.
The new Airmaster Aerator “TURBO X-TREME” aerator (U.S. Patent No. 6,325,842) is one of the most advanced and efficient aerator technologies available. The Airmaster Aerator “TURBO X-TREME” aerator is engineered to be used in wastewater treatment for municipal and industrial applications. The unique design of the Airmaster Aerator “TURBO X-TREME” aerator is very efficient in raising the dissolved oxygen level and high capacity water movement.
We feature stainless steel construction and incorporate a turbo air blower to achieve the maximum oxygen transfer available. The Airmaster Aerator “TURBO X-TREME” aerator can achieve an oxygen transfer rate of 3.0 lbs. of oxygen per name plate horsepower per hour under normal conditions. The Airmaster has these distinct advantages: aeration, mixing, V.O.C. removal, odor reduction, algae reduction, sludge reduction, B.O.D. reduction, T.S.S. reduction, controlling short circuiting by distinct mixing patterns, thus eliminating the need for curtains, heat reduction, evaporation, and de-foaming qualities. The Airmaster Aerators have proven to replace aerators up to three times the horsepower. This equates to a substantial electrical energy savings and maintenance cost savings.
