ANSI Pump

This ANSI pump is designed to handle entrained air and gas in highly viscous and abrasive slurries without clogging, cavitation, or breakdown while conforming to all ANSI pumping standards. The pump creates a non-pulsation flow and has no blades or paddles to damage shear sensitive materials. It is easily retrofitted to disc pumps in existing applications, creating versatility for users. An array of configurations are available to handle flow rates varying from 31 GPM at 22 ft up to 3300 GPM at 200 ft, and temperatures up to 500°F with very low suction pressures.
