Pall Debuts Mobile Water Treatment Portfolio For Complex Water Treatment Challenges

Aria FAST and Impro FAST Modular Units are Designed for Rapid Response or Permanent Usage for Municipal and Industrial Waters 

Pall Corporation, a world leader in filtration, separation and purification technologies, today unveiled its new portfolio of mobile water products designed to meet customer needs across municipal and industrial markets. Water treatment solutions in the line include the improved Aria FAST and the all new Impro FAST, which can both be rapidly deployed to ensure the continuity of safe, reliable water production for communities and corporations around the world.

Aria FAST

Aria FAST is a modular low-pressure membrane unit that can be deployed on a permanent or temporary basis to provide reliable water quality under highly variable conditions. Capable of producing water within four hours of arrival on site, Aria FAST is perfectly suited for emergency situations in both municipal and industrial water applications. The Aria FAST mobile system uses robust membrane technology to transform discharge water, ground water, surface water or secondary effluent into water that is free from contamination and ready for use for drinking water or in industrial operations. 

While well-suited for pre-planned maintenance shutdowns or emergencies, Aria FAST can also be implemented as a permanent solution. Modular assets are available for purchase or long-term lease to deliver high quality membrane filtration without the expense of costly civil works. Multiple units can be combined to increase output which can be controlled by a master control panel.

Aria FAST mobile water units can deliver 45 GPM to more than 1400 GPM (10 to 320 m3/hr). Multiple units can be configured to meet larger capacities, allowing customers to scale as water needs change. Aria FAST is also designed as pretreatment for Impro FAST systems, an intelligent maximum performance reverse osmosis technology. 

Impro FAST

Debuting today is Pall’s Impro FAST mobile water treatment solution, which utilizes Closed Circuit Desalination (CCD) reverse osmosis technology from Desalitech. This product's flexibility allows it to treat a broad range of incoming feeds and applications from boiler/cooling tower makeup to brackish water for municipal use. This mobile water treatment solution can replace traditional water purification methods due to its ease of use and ability to maximize water recovery. Impro FAST mobile water units can deliver up to 700 GPM (160 m3/hr). Additionally, this intelligent membrane platform contains smart logic that automatically controls and monitors system performance to ensure optimal performance with minimal downtime.
