CHEM-FEED® MD1 Multi-Diaphragm Metering Pump
The Multi-Diaphragm MD1 Chemical Metering Pump is engineered to deliver smooth, quiet and consistent chemical feed in Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment Applications.
The full stroke technology of the MD1 Chemical Feed Pump prevents the pump from losing prime even when dosing with off-gassing chemicals such as Peracetic Acid and Sodium Hypochlorite.
MD1 is engineered for zero maintenance. Even the patented DiaFlex® diaphragm is built to last the life of the pump resulting in reduced maintenance and less downtime. A Heavy-duty display shield protects pump controls in harsh environments.
Output: Motor On / Off single solid state 4-20mA SCADA input.
Standardize on the MD1 pump with a turndown ratio of 10,000:1 and a broad output range: 0.0007 – 7.70 GPH (0.0029 – 29.15 LPH) and pressures to 150 PSI (10.3 bar).
