Efficient, Environmentally Safe, Arsenic Removal

ISOLUX™ adsorption employs both ion exchange and chemi-sorption reaction mechanisms. This combination provides for excellent affinity for the arsenate ion while creating a very insoluble metal arsenate. These benefits are reflected in the adsorption capacity and disposal characterization of spent media.

ISOLUX treatment systems are self contained, designed for rapid deployment, without adverse impact on existing operations and infrastructure.

Plus, ISOLUX consistently demonstrates no hazardous waste generation. The arsenic adsorbed on ISOLUX remains fixed, even in acidic or alkaline environments.

  • California Department of Health Services has accepted ISOLUX TECHNOLOGIES for removal of arsenic from drinking water.
  • No traditional chemical pH pretreatment, backwashing, media channeling or pressure vessel requirements.
  • Passes EPA - TCLP and California WET.
  • Minimize space requirements, eliminate hazardous waste headaches.
  • ISOLUX media is NSF Section 61 certified for use in drinking water systems.
