IECA Issues Call For Presentations For Environmental Connection 2011
The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) is calling for submittals for Environmental Connection 2011 (EC11), annual conference and expo of IECA. Combining quality education with a world-class expo, EC11 is the premier gathering place for the erosion and sediment control community, drawing attendees from over 20 countries and 150 exhibitors to Orlando, FL, February 20 to 23.
Training is the cornerstone of Environmental Connection. This year, EC11's focus is "Environmental Heroes" and IECA is calling all champions of the environment to participate in the world's largest soil and water event by submitting an abstract. Suggested topics range from post-construction stormwater BMP's to Low-Impact Development (LID), but any erosion and sediment control related topics are welcome. Deadline to submit an abstract is May 20, 2010.
