  1. Monster Wash Press

JWC Environmental’s Monster Wash Press (MWP) cleans and compacts the discharge from headworks screens, separating water and organics from the solids.  It features a Muffin Monster® grinder to pre-condition screenings before entering the Monster Wash Press.  The grinder breaks open rags, plastics and trash to promote washing and removal of soft organics.  The patent-pending paddle rotor in the active wash zone agitates the material to enhance water penetration throughout the debris for even better removal of the organics from the solids.  Organics are washed back into the wastewater treatment process and the solids are compacted into a dry, less odorous solid plug.  The Monster Wash Press is designed for easy maintenance.  The rotor and field replaceable screen can be removed via the top of the unit, minimizing the clearance space needed around the unit during maintenance.  A grinderless version of the Monster Wash Press is also available.

  2. MRI Water Treatment Package Systems

Backed by more than 35 years of design and manufacturing experience, MRI’s Packaged Water Treatment Systems combine into a single tank the reliable, all-stainless steel, space-saving components proven through years of use in large municipal treatment systems.

  3. MRI Flocculation Systems™

With increasingly stringent regulations and adoption of membrane filtration, the pressure is on for all stages of pretreatment — chemical feed, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration — to act in concert. In response, Meurer Research, Inc. has developed MRI Flocculation Systems™ — integrating turbine, horizontal, and hydraulic flocculators into multi-stage systems with a self-cleaning hydraulic final stage, maximizing versatility and performance.

  4. MRI Hoseless Cable-Vac™ Sludge Collector

Developed in 2002, the MRI Hoseless Cable-Vac Sludge Collector removes settled solids throughout the basin, even from the final 2′ at the end wall typically left un-collected by other sludge collectors.

  5. Next Gen Capital Controls® Chlorinators

New compact chlorinator incorporates pioneering Capital Controls® technology with exciting new features. All three models - from 10-10,000 ppd - are available with automatic or manual feed and a larger 10” flowmeter. Sonic operation on the 4100 model eliminates the need for a differential pressure regulator.  On automatic models, an additional controller isn’t needed, reducing components – and costs.

  6. MRI Inclined Plate Settlers

MRI Inclined Plate Settlers have proven to provide unsurpassed clarifier function. The unique, patented hydraulic Flow Control Deck distributes flow evenly across the entire system. This enables a consistent flow rate and low turbidity throughout the sedimentation process and produces high quality effluent with less than 1 NTU to meet/exceed regulations.

  7. SR II® Low Lead Meter

Positive displacement water meter with Sensus® electronic register+™.
SR II meters consist of three basic components: maincase, measuring chamber and sealed register. Maincases are made of Bismuth BiAlloy CDA89836 or EnviroBrass™ II C89520 with externally-threaded spuds. Registers are housed in a bonnet of synthetic polymer.

  8. accuSTREAM™ Water Meter

Positive displacement water meter with Sensus® Electronic Register+™.

Sensus accuSTREAM meters consist of three basic components: maincase, measuring chamber and sealed register. Maincases (including the bottom plate) are made of composite material with externally-threaded spuds. Registers are housed in a bonnet of synthetic polymer. Measuring chambers are of Rocksyn®, a corrosion-resistant, tailored thermoplastic material formulated for long-term performance and especially suitable for aggressive water conditions. The accuSTREAM can be installed horizontally.

  9. Vorelodos

Often times the biosolids management portion of the treatment plant may not be optimized, resulting in inefficient operation of the entire treatment plant. For instance, did you know that aerobic digestion is the second largest consumer of energy after biological treatment aeration at a wastewater treatment plant? Or, do you realize that up to 50% of the nutrient loading on any given day may be coming from the biosolids process?

  10. Hydra-View: Portable Pipeline Assessment Solution

Hydra-View is an under-pressure pipeline assessment solution which combines a tri-sensor inspection head (CCTV, hydro-phone and sonde) and real-time analysis software with the dependability of the Insta-Valve 250 Patriot® Insertion Valve. Hydra-View provides precision pipeline assessment and leak detection without shutting down your system.
