Rich D'Amato, President And Chief Operating Officer, Named Successor To Craig Goehring As Chief Executive Officer Of Brown And Caldwell

Brown and Caldwell, a market leading environmental engineering and construction firm,recently announced that as part of its planned succession of leadership, Craig Goehring has transitioned from Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to Executive Chairman, and Rich D’Amato, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been promoted to CEO.

Goehring will continue in a full-time capacity as Executive Chairman, working side by side with D’Amato and other senior leaders and in chairing Brown and Caldwell’s Board of Directors. The changes are effective as of February 1, 2018.

Since joining Brown and Caldwell in 2013, D’Amato has served in multiple leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of the firm’s Private Sector Enterprise, and more recently as President and COO. Working with company operations and strategy teams, he has led the firm to a new position of strength -- poised to thrive in a dynamic market constantly evolving through digitization, technological advancement, new competition in a consolidating industry, and new client demands.
