In 1995, KROHNE introduced the first Guided Radar TDR meter able to reliably determine level and interface. It was an innovation for liquid and solid measurement in all industries. OPTIFLEX 2200, the new member of the KROHNE level family, is the continuation of our many years of experience in this field.

Its modular housing and sensor design ensures suitability for a variety of mounting positions and applications. It can be used for liquids, pastes, slurries, powders and granulates. Even when the product surface is agitated or covered with a layer of foam, OPTIFLEX 2200 performs level measurements accurately. These factors make it ideal for all industries, including energy, oil and gas, chemicals and petrochemicals, mining, water and wastewater, pulp and paper, food and pharmaceuticals.

OPTIFLEX 2200 is designed and developed according to IEC 61508 for Safety Integrity Level [SIL 2 issued by an independent certifying body].
