NAWC Launches Multi-State Ad Campaign to Thank Frontline
The National Association of Water Companies (NAWC) has launched a digital ad campaign highlighting the commitment of America’s water companies to keep the water flowing amidst COVID-19.
“This pandemic has made it crystal clear what is important and everything we have to be thankful for,” said NAWC President and CEO Robert F. Powelson. “America’s water companies’ frontline employees have been working tirelessly to ensure clean, safe and healthy water has kept flowing to homes and hospitals. This campaign is an effort to say thank you to these dedicated people while also spreading awareness of what it takes to ensure an uninterrupted supply of healthy water throughout the pandemic and beyond.”
The awareness campaign, featuring a series of video spots, graphics and an educational microsite featuring key industry statistics and stories, kicked off in Washington, DC and has now launched in California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. You can view the two video spots and learn more about how America’s professional water companies are responding to COVID-19 by visiting the new campaign landing page here.
This industry initiative was made possible by the following companies and chapters who funded the campaign alongside NAWC: American Water, Aqua, California Water Service, EPCOR, Golden State Water Company, Middlesex Water Company, San Jose Water Company, SouthWest Water Company, SUEZ, Mueller and the New Jersey and Pennsylvania NAWC chapters.
