The Mega-Lite machine's optimized design cuts quickly and at just 65 pounds can be handled by one person. Use on plain or cement lined DI or CI, A/C, steel, PVC, or HDPE pipe. Choice of air or hydraulic power operators. The boring bar remains under control at all times, and can be advanced or retracted quickly by hand, reducing the time needed for the drilling operation. Convenient travel scale aids positioning and shows drilling progress. Cuts through 4"-12" tapping valves -- 25" boring bar travel. 250 psig rating. Selection of shell cutters for metallic or plastic pipe; adapters for MJ, flange, and our Aqua-Grip® Integral Restraint Compression connections.
